AUSTRALIA: for shipping within Australia, I use Australia post express. (because it has tracking & you'll want it tracked, trust me)
Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. (So please check it's correct) then you will be able to track your parcel.
Your tracking number can take up to 24 hours to register with Australia Post.
Within australia via express post to metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 48 hours of dispatch and for regional areas, delivery is between 2 to 5 days. (Please note with Covid delivery times may vary)
For international shipping please contact me via the contact page or via email and I can send you shipping costs per country.
Please note that local government taxes and duties incurred as a result of the shipment are payable by the receiver. (That's you)
If you haven't read the ABOUT EWOL page then you are not aware that everything that is for sale is made (with sweat, tears, blood and love (not real blood) by me.)
Every piece is unique and I only do limited runs of each item.
Hence there is no refund for change of mind so please choose carefully. A store credit and or exchange for full priced items are applicable if:
The items are in saleable condition, with all tags still intact;
The items have not been worn, damaged or washed, have no makeup, marks, stains or tan on them
The items are returned within 10 working days of purchase date with the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided and that you email pictures to the contact email provided prior to mailing back (after this period returns / refunds will not be accepted)
Any item being sent back to EWOL must be sent via tracked / traceable post otherwise we do not take responsibility for lost items and postage is to be paid for by the purchaser
If the item is faulty (and proven by the purchaser) then I will return cost for the original purchase. I do not return cost of original postage (please note I take photos of each item before it is shipped for my protection)
Items can only be exchanged for a different size or colour in the same style and are subject to availability. (Most of my items are currently one size only so please check the sizing carefully and if you have any questions please contact me)
I do not go on sale. But if I do please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.
